How Peak Pace Running Ltd Started
We didn’t start as a corporate fitness operation. We’re a group of runners who got tired of cookie-cutter gym programs and generic training advice. Hong Kong’s incredible running culture deserved better.
2019: Finding Our Purpose
Peak Pace Running Ltd began when our founding members realized most people in Hong Kong had no structured way to improve their cardio fitness. Trail running guides existed, sure. But actual interval training plans? Heart rate zone education? That was scattered and hard to find. So we decided to build it.
2021: Expanding Our Reach
We’ve trained over 300 runners across different fitness levels. From beginners tackling their first 5K to experienced athletes preparing for marathons. The programs we’ve developed aren’t theoretical — they’re tested by real people on real Hong Kong trails and routes.
