Worked with a tech company to train 45 employees in heart rate zone training over 8 weeks. Participants learned to use their devices effectively and built aerobic base through structured sessions. Average resting heart rate dropped 6 bpm across the group.

Trail Running Guide Series: Hong Kong’s Hidden Routes

Outdoor Cardio Route Mapping Project
